Who we are

Built around the clothing you want to create.

DesignTo Clothing is a U.S.-based apparel development and manufacturing business. We bring together fabric sourcing, sample making, and production coordination, giving you a clear point of contact throughout your project.

You can start with a sketch, a reference garment, a detailed design, or an idea that needs shaping. We help turn that direction into practical choices about fit, fabric, construction, and branding.

Our custom cut-and-sew services support brands developing their first style as well as businesses expanding an existing collection.

The materials

Fabric selection starts with how it should feel.

Weight, texture, stretch, and drape change how clothing looks and wears. We help you consider fabric options around your intended fit, use, and budget, from everyday garments to more specialized designs.

From ideas to samples

The details become something you can see and feel.

Sample development brings the fit, fabric, construction, and decoration together in a physical garment. It gives you something concrete to review, and helps turn your feedback into clear instructions for production.

Inside the making process

From the cutting table to the finishing details.

We coordinate with the factory to turn agreed design details into finished garments. Materials, measurements, construction, and decoration all need clear instructions as a project moves through production.

A few questions before you begin.

Do I need a tech pack to start a clothing project?

No. You can begin with a sketch, reference photos, a garment you like, or a description of your idea. We help clarify the design and production details needed to move forward.

Can I start with a small clothing order?

Many projects can start at 30 units per style and color. Some garment types, fabrics, and custom details require higher quantities. We confirm the applicable minimum when reviewing your project.

What can I customize?

Depending on the garment, customization can include fabric, fit, measurements, colors, printing, embroidery, labels, and packaging. Share your priorities and budget so we can help identify practical options.
