We Create Premium Denim That Builds Brand Identity
Custom Jeans Manufacturers
Custom Jeans & Denim Manufacturing
At DesignTo Clothing, we manufacture custom jeans and denim garments built entirely from your specifications. From raw selvedge to stretch blends, from skinny fits to relaxed wide-leg silhouettes — every detail is yours to control.
Denim is one of the most technically demanding garment categories to produce well. The fabric is heavier, the construction is more complex, and the finishing details — hardware, stitching, washes, and treatments — define the quality of the final product. We manage the full production process so your denim line meets the standards your brand demands.
Our minimum order starts at 30 units per style and color, making custom denim accessible for emerging brands launching their first collection and established labels scaling production.
Denim Fabrics We Work With
The foundation of any great pair of jeans is the fabric. We source and work with a wide range of denim types to match your product vision, target market, and price point.
Raw & Unwashed Denim
Has not been washed or treated after dyeing. Stiff, dark, and develops unique fading patterns with wear. Appeals to heritage brands, premium streetwear, and customers who value the aging process.
Stretch Denim
Cotton blended with 1–3% elastane for flexibility and comfort without sacrificing structure. The most popular denim type for modern jeans, especially slim and skinny fits. Available in 2-way and 4-way stretch.
Rigid Denim
100% cotton with no stretch. Holds its shape, develops sharp creases, and is the preferred choice for vintage-inspired, workwear, and heritage collections. Common in 12oz–16oz weights.
Selvedge Denim
Woven on traditional shuttle looms with a finished self-edge that prevents fraying. Visible when the hem is rolled. Associated with quality craftsmanship and denim enthusiasts.
Organic & Sustainable Denim
Organic cotton, recycled cotton blends, and fabrics produced with reduced water and chemical usage. Sustainable denim is increasingly expected by consumers and can be a key differentiator for your brand.
Denim Weights
Denim weight is measured in ounces per square yard (oz) and determines the thickness, drape, and durability of the garment.
Shirts, lightweight jackets, and summer denim. Soft hand feel with more drape.
The standard range for most jeans. Balances structure with comfort for everyday wear.
Workwear, raw denim, and heritage styles. Stiff, durable, built to develop character over time.
We recommend the right weight based on your garment type and intended fit. Learn more on our fabric and material processing page.
Fits and Styles We Manufacture
Every denim brand has its own fit identity. We manufacture custom jeans in any silhouette you specify.
We also produce denim jackets, shorts, skirts, overalls, and shirts — all manufactured through our cut and sew production process.
Washes, Treatments, and Finishes
Wash and finishing is what gives denim its character. We offer a full range of treatments to achieve the look and feel your brand is after.
Single wash to remove excess indigo and soften slightly. Maintains a dark, clean appearance.
Tumbled with pumice stones for a worn, faded look. Adjustable from light to heavy wash intensity.
Softer, smoother finish with controlled fading. Gentler on the fabric than stone washing.
High-contrast, mottled appearance. Popular for vintage-inspired and streetwear collections.
Lightens denim evenly or selectively. Used for light-wash and vintage aesthetics.
Garments dyed after construction for colors beyond standard indigo — black, gray, brown, specialty tints.
Controlled rips, tears, fraying, abrasion marks, and whiskering for a worn-in look. Done by hand for premium results or by machine for consistency at volume. Fully customizable — from subtle whiskers to heavy destruction.
Hardware and Construction Details
The hardware and construction details are what separate cheap jeans from a branded product. We offer full customization on every component.
All hardware can be branded with your logo through engraving, debossing, or custom molds.
