Leggings are one of the most technically demanding garment categories in activewear. The fabric needs to stretch, recover, wick moisture, and hold its shape through hundreds of wears and washes. The construction needs flatlock seaming, reinforced waistbands, and precise panel alignment. And the printing needs to bond permanently with the fabric without cracking, peeling, or fading. We manage all of it.
Our minimum order starts at 30 units per style and color — accessible for yoga brands, fitness startups, activewear labels, and established companies scaling production.
Leggings Styles We Manufacture

Full-Length
Ankle-length, full leg coverage. The most versatile style for gym, yoga, running, and casual wear. High-waisted, mid-rise, or standard waistband.
7/8 Length
Just above the ankle. Works across a wider range of body heights without bunching. The premium activewear standard for brands wanting one length that fits most.
Capri
Mid-calf length for warm-weather training, yoga, and casual wear. Popular in tropical markets and with customers who prefer a cropped silhouette.
Biker Shorts
Above-the-knee, typically 5–8 inches. Major trend in activewear and athleisure. Popular for gym, cycling, loungewear, and paired with oversized tops for streetwear.
Seamless
Circular knit construction with fewer or no side seams. Smoother, more contoured fit with reduced chafing. Premium option for a second-skin feel.
Maternity
Expanded waistband panel for growing belly. High-rise fold-over with extra stretch and support. Growing niche for prenatal and postpartum fitness brands.

Nylon-Spandex
The premium standard. Excellent four-way stretch, compression, recovery, and a smooth buttery hand feel. Squat-proof at the right weight and opacity.
Typical blend: 75–80% nylon, 20–25% spandex
Polyester-Spandex
More affordable with strong moisture-wicking. Ideal for sublimation printing due to polyester's dye receptivity. Best for all-over printed and high-volume leggings.
Best paired with sublimation printing
Supplex & Brushed
Supplex nylon has a soft cotton-like feel with full performance stretch. Brushed fabrics add a peached or fleece-lined interior for warmth. Both popular for lifestyle and athleisure.
Comfort-first for loungewear and casual lines
Recycled & Sustainable
Recycled polyester, recycled nylon (ECONYL), and certified sustainable fabrics. Lead with sustainability without sacrificing performance. GRS and OEKO-TEX available.

Printing and Decoration
Leggings support several decoration methods depending on your design, fabric, and coverage area.
The dominant method for leggings. Full-color, edge-to-edge prints with zero hand feel. Ink bonds into polyester fibers — stretches with fabric without cracking. Ideal for all-over patterns, gradients, and photographic designs. Only works on white/light polyester.
Logo placements, waistband branding, and single-location graphics. Works on any fabric color. Not suitable for all-over coverage on stretch.
Small logo on waistband or hip. Adds premium textured detail. Used sparingly on stretch fabric.
Raised, rubberized print for texture and grip. Common on waistbands and as decorative accents.
Single-color logos and text. Cost-effective for simple branding on small runs.

Fabric Sourcing

Sampling
Physical prototype with your actual fabric, waistband, and branding. Starts at $250 delivered. Review fit, opacity, and stretch recovery before bulk.
Printing
For sublimation, fabric is printed flat before cutting. For screen print or embroidery, decoration applied after construction. Sublimation details.
Cutting & Sewing
Fabric cut to pattern and assembled through cut and sew production. Flatlock or bonded seaming. Waistband, gusset, and pockets installed.
QC & Packaging
Every pair inspected — seaming, print alignment, stretch recovery, opacity (squat-test), waistband, and sizing. Labeled, tagged, packed, shipped. Quality standards.
